Terms of Service
1. Applicability
These Terms govern use of ConversionOK (conversionok.com, the "Service") operated by XTV LLC (合同会社XTV). By submitting a verification request you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
ConversionOK is a one-shot diagnostic that verifies whether measurement events (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LINE Tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag, X Pixel) fire correctly on a single URL you submit and reach the intended platforms. Verification is performed by a cloud headless browser that visits the URL once, follows the calls-to-action up to the form submission step, and intercepts the resulting measurement beacons. Confirming actual ad-click billing or revenue attribution is explicitly out of scope.
3. Authorized use only
You may submit only URLs of sites you own or are otherwise authorized to test. Submitting URLs without permission is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that your verification complies with applicable laws, the site’s terms, and any contractual restrictions.
4. Fees
Each verification request is charged USD $5 via Stripe at the time of submission. The fee is one-time per request — there is no subscription. Refunds are not provided as a general rule; if verification fails due to a fault on our side, please contact us.
5. Payment receipt
You may optionally provide an email address to receive the Stripe payment receipt. We do not send marketing emails to addresses provided for this purpose.
6. Prohibited conduct
You shall not: (a) submit URLs you do not own or have permission to test; (b) reverse engineer, modify, or copy the Service; (c) impose excessive load on the Service or abuse it through automated means; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public order and morals.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is." Verification results are supplementary information and do not guarantee 100% accuracy of measurement. We cannot guarantee detection in all edge cases — for example, custom server-side tracking, deferred conversion firing, single-page-application routing not detected by our heuristics, or sites with bot protection that blocks our verification browser.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fee actually paid by you for the affected verification request. We exclude indirect, special, consequential damages, and lost profits — except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, documentation, and brand assets, is owned by XTV LLC or its licensors. Reports generated for your verifications may be used and shared by you for your own purposes.
10. Service availability
We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, technical, or legal reasons. We strive for reliable availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service at least 30 days in advance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
