2. Information we collect from verification users
The target URL and verification settings you submit (conversion type, device); an email address you optionally provide to receive the Stripe payment receipt; and payment information processed via Stripe — card details are not stored on our servers.
3. Information collected during verification
Our cloud verification browser (Browserbase) visits the URL you submitted and intercepts measurement beacons. We record only structured metadata: event name, value, currency, click identifier (gclid / fbclid), and cookie diagnostics. We do not store raw payloads, page screenshots, or end-users’ personal information.
4. Information collected from visitors to this site
We use Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode v2 to understand visitor behavior on our marketing site. No analytics cookies are set until you accept the consent banner.
5. Purposes
Providing and improving the verification service, generating reports, customer support, payment processing and receipts, abuse prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sub-processors
We rely on the following providers to deliver the service: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (Claude AI for vision-based click element detection), Browserbase (cloud headless browser used for verification), Stripe (payment processing and receipt emails), and Google (Google Analytics 4 on the marketing site). These providers operate servers in the US, EU, and Asia and comply with applicable data protection frameworks.
7. Retention
Verification records (submitted URL, settings, captured event metadata, and the report) are retained for up to 12 months from the test date and then deleted. On request, we delete earlier — within 30 days of receiving a verified request, except for records we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting records).
8. Your rights
You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of your personal information by contacting us at the address above. We respond within a reasonable period after identity verification.
9. Cookies
The marketing site uses session cookies for sign-in (where applicable) and Google Analytics for visit analysis (subject to your consent). The verification process itself does not install any tag, pixel, or cookie on the site you submit — it is a one-time read-only visit by our verification browser.
10. Updates
We may revise this policy to reflect legal or service changes. Material changes will be announced on the service in advance.
